Month-long iftar distribution begins in Nilphamari

A month-long iftar distribution programme has been started among the homeless and low-income people in the district.

Additional Deputy Commissioner (Revenue) Md Saidul Islam inaugurated the program at the municipal market of the district town on Wednesday afternoon.

Vice president of the district BNP Sohel Parvez, Mahbub Ur Rahman Mahbub, organizing Secretary Shefaul Jahangir Shepu, municipal BNP organizing Secretary Lutful Alam Chowdhury Shuvo and district Chhatra Dal president Maruf Parvez were present, among others.

Sami Electronics has taken the initiative in cooperation with the district administration.

Akhtaruzzaman Swapan owner of Sami Electronics said iftar will be distributed among the helpless and poor people throughout the Holy month of Ramadan. (BSS)
