52 dengue patients hospitalized in last 24 hrs in Manikganj

A total of 52 dengue patients were admitted to different hospitals in the district during the last 24 hours,

Civil Surgeon Dr. Muazzem Ali Khan Chowdhury said.

A total of 128 patients are under treatment in the district in different hospitals now, he added.

Of them, four patients are at Saturia, 7 in Singair, 43 in Manikganj Sadar hospital, 5 in Ghior, 3 in Shibalaya, 4 in Daulatpur, 51 in Colonel Maleque Medical College Hospital and 11 in Monno Medical College Hospital.

The civil surgeon said a total of 957 people were infected with dengue in the district and 829 patients cured, adding that the number of dengue patients are increasing in the district, but no one is dead in the district so far. (BSS)
