Ramsagar Express train service resumes tomorrow

All preparations have been taken to re-launch the Ramsagor Express Train on Bonarpara-Panchagarh route from tomorrow.

According to sources, the train, which was introduced in 2010, will depart from Bonarpara Rail Junction at 6:30am and reach Dinajpur Railway Station at 11:40am. Later, it would depart from Dinajpur at 3:50pm and reach Bonarpara at 9:15pm.

Earlier, as the train journeyed to Dinajpur via Gaibandha, Kaunia, and Rangpur in the morning, it had become a popular mode of commute for office goers in Gaibandha, Kurigram, Lalmonirhat, and Rangpur.

Railways Minister Nurul Islam Sujan is expected to inaugurate the relaunching ceremony at Bonarpara station as the chief guest. (BSS)
