BSS employee Badiul Alam passes away

Md Badiul Alam, senior telephone operator of Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha (BSS), died of brain hemorrhage at a city hospital around 11:25am today.

He was 58.

He is survived by two daughters and a host of relatives and well-wishers to mourn his death.

Chairman of the Board of Directors of BSS Professor Dr AAMS Arefin Siddique expressed profound shock and sorrow at the death of Alam.

He prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul and conveyed deep sympathy to the bereaved family.

BSS Managing Director and Chief Editor Abul Kalam Azad expressed deep shock and sorrow at the death of Badiul Alam and conveyed deep sympathy to his bereaved family members. He prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul.

BSS journalists, officials and employees also expressed deep shock at his death and conveyed profound sympathy to the bereaved family members.

Alam’s body will be taken to his village home in Cumilla for his namaz-e janaza and burial, family sources said. (BSS)
