S Korea ‘condemns’ N Korean solid-fuelled ICBM launch

South Korea “strongly condemned” North Korea’s latest launch of a solid-fuelled intercontinental ballistic missile, the president’s office said Monday.

“North Korea was strongly condemned for posing a serious threat to the peace and safety of the Korean peninsula and the international community by launching a solid-fuelled ICBM,” it said in a statement following an emergency National Security Council meeting. (BSS/AFP)
