Speaker mourns death of AKM Shajahan Kamal, MP

Speaker of the Jatiya Sangsad Dr Shirin Sharmin Chaudhury has expressed profound shock and sorrow at the death of valiant Freedom Fighter and ruling party lawmaker of Laksmipur-3 constituency AKM Shahjahan Kamal.

In a message of condolence on Saturday night, the Speaker prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul and conveyed deep sympathy to the bereaved family members.

Shahjahan Kamal died at a hospital in the city on Saturday at the age of 73. (BSS)
