Two die in Pabna road accident

Two youths were killed and three others injured in a collision between a bus and a CNG-run auto rickshaw in Sadar upazila here today.

The deceased were identified as Rifat Al Sifat, 21, hailed from Sujanagar Upazila and Rubayet Hasan Noman, 22, an inhabitant of Chatmohar Upazila in the district.

Belal Hossain, an SI of Pabna Highway police, said the accident occurred in Tebunia area at around 11:30 am on the Pabna-Ishwardi Highway. CNG passengers Sifat and Noman were taken to Pabna General Hospital where the duty doctor declared them dead.
